RF-SMART is excited to announce that we are upgrading our Knowledge Base (KB) to a new platform that will provide an improved experience for users.
In recording, we give a tour of the upgraded KB. Some new features included:
- An intuitive search feature that serves even more relevant content for search terms.
- The ability to search across previous support tickets if the need to solve recurring challenges arises.
- An online portal to enter support tickets, rather than calling our helpdesk.
